Palletizing process:
1. Sealing machine
2. Transfer to the automatic feeding device along the transmission line
3. Send to the leveling mechanism via the transmission line for shaping before palletizing
4. Transfer to the area to be palletized
5. The robot sends the product code to the corresponding tray according to the program settings.
6. After the palletizing is completed, the tray is transferred to the blanking position through the transmission line
7. Forklift unloading
Remarks: The entire robot palletizing area is semi-closed with safety barriers, and personnel are not allowed to enter the robot's working range through any transmission line. The guardrail has a manual maintenance door.
