This set of production line is use neat soap(soap noodle) as raw materials, output for 200-1000kg/h. After mixing, grinding, vacuum plodder and stamping into parts, this line can production of fatty acids in 55-70% of the high-grade soap. The production line adopts double vacuum plodder machine, can make the soap compact, not easy to cracking.
