Ring Die Description:
1. Ring die is the key spare parts of the wood pellet mill or animal feed pellet mill. it can make by sus304 stainless steel or by alloy steel,
2. Always when make biomass wood pellet, we recommend use alloy steel ring die , when make animal feed pellet, we recommend use sus 304 stainless steel ring die .
3. Ring die hole size can customized accoridng to customer requirement, from 2mm till 12mm, normally when make poultry feed, the ring die hole size will be 2mm,2.5mm,3mm,3.5mm,4mm,4.5mm,5mm,6mm.
when make livestock cattle feed, the hole size can be 6mm,8mm.
when make biomass wood pellet, the ring die size is 6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm .
4. another important factor is Ring die compress ratio , the compress ratio is according to customer raw materials and final pellet size be made . we will recommend accordingly .
