Product Description

The Laundry and Toilet Soap Production Machine Line is designed for manufacturing soap bars using soap granules as the primary raw material, with an output ranging from 100 to 300 kg per hour. This production equipment undergoes several stages including raw material mixing, grinding, vacuum stripping, and electronic roller printing and cutting, resulting in the production of mid-to-high-end soaps and toilet soaps with a fatty acid content of 35-70%. The line utilizes a double-layer vacuum strip machine to ensure tight soap structure and prevent drying out.


1. This laundry soap production line take soap noodles(soap bar) as raw materials.
2. The production starts with mixing soap bar,perfume pigment and,etc.
2. Then the mixed soap noodles enters in the three  roller mill by conveyor belt, where soap thin sheets 
are made. 
3. The soap thin sheet then converted into desired long strip soap by the plodder machine.
4. Then the long strip soap are cut into the soap bars required size by cutting machine(there are two kinds of cutting machine.One is mechanical.The other is automatic).
5. Finally, the soap bars gets packed by packing machine if needed.
6. Soap bars can be made 60g,120g,200g,260g,and so on

Product Parameters

1. Mixing: Soap granules or flakes are first placed into the mixer along with essences, pigments, auxiliary materials, and preservatives. After thorough mixing, the material is transferred into a silo for storage.

2. Grinding: The material is fed into the first conveyor and the first three-roller grinder for initial grinding, followed by subsequent conveyors and grinders for further processing.

3. Vacuum Stripping: Material enters the double vacuum strip machine for tight structure formation. The first screw is activated, and once material discharge occurs, the second screw starts.

4. Printing and Cutting: Once production is continuous, the printer and fourth conveyor are initiated. Printing speed is synchronized with bar dispensing speed. Finished soap bars are loaded onto trays, while defective bars are redirected for reprocessing.
