Small Capacity Air Flow Sawdust Pipe Dryer Description:

we can offer you two types of biomass material drying machine: Airflow Pipeline Dryer and Rotary Drum Drying Machine. Pipeline dryer is also referred as airflow sawdust dryer or hot flue impulse dryer which characterized by high drying efficiency. This sawdust drying machine is mainly applied in small capacity wood pellet plant. Pipeline dryer adopts impulse airflow drying principle to get fast and efficient drying effect. It is suitable for raw materials of moisture content less than 40%. After drying, moisture content can be reduced to 8-12% one time. Pipe dryer is ideal for powdery material and small particle materials with the diameter less than 3mm. Rotary drum drying machine is widely applicable for large capacity materials drying. Capacity for rotary drum dryer varies from 2.5 tons to 36 tons. It is made up of hot air stove and main rotary drum.
