Radiator Stripping And Separating Machine/ Radiator Aluminum Stripper & Separator Machine :

Qiaoxing ( Astar) radiator aluminum copper stripper & separator machine is designed to strip and separate the scrap radiator fin for recycling copper and aluminum with high efficiency and stable performance. This kind of radiator recycling machine is used to strip and separate the single-layer and double-layer radiator fin. There are three kinds of blade center distance: 19mm, 21mm and 25mm; that is to say our radiator stripping machine can strip the radiator whose copper tube center distance is 19mm, 21mm or 25mm. The scrap radiator fin should be put into the inlet smoothly and the stripped copper pipes and aluminum foil can be discharged automatically. After being separated, the copper tube will keep complete and the aluminum foil will become irregular pieces.

Advantages of Radiator Stripping & Separating Machine:

Attention:
1. The height of handle wheels of both sides should be the same, or the radiator fin will be of tracking, so the copper tubes can not be separated. 
2. The scrap radiator fin should be put into the inlet smoothly and the side with copper tube should be put aside the edge.
3. The oil should be added every 4 hours for lubrication.
